Elisa is a Jamaican-Italian yoga teacher and breathwork guide based in Brooklyn. Her classes integrate modern and traditional teachings, drawing from her studies in India, Portugal, as well as New York city. She studied with Jivamukti Yoga and had additional training from Kula Yoga, Laughing Lotus and Liberation Prison Yoga, shaping her alignment-focused, trauma-conscious approach. Through movement and breath, she guides students in reconnecting with their bodies and cultivating self-empowerment.
Beyond wellness, Elisa is a 2x Emmy Award-winning art director with experience in London, Berlin and the Middle East, working in international news, digital media and non-profit.
