Elisa Solinas Yoga

Elisa is an Italian Jamaican Yoga teacher and Breathwork guide living in Brooklyn, NY. She teaches Jivamukti yoga and Vinyasa flow open level classes, which are suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Each class integrates conscious breathing with movement through sequences that are detailed in alignment, along with eclectic music playlists. Classes integrate modern and ancient yogic teachings. As a trauma conscious practitioner, her approach is also about embodiment and integrating self empowerment.

Initially, she gravitated to the wellness space as a means to find healing from ancestral trauma, deal with grief and mend a physical injury.

She is also a 2x Emmy award winning Art Director in digital media and has spent many years living in London, Berlin with stints in Asia and the Middle East, working creatively across international news, digital media and non-profit.

She is honored to share her experience of healing practices with others, supporting an embodied and empowered approach to these modalities.
