Elisa Solinas Yoga

Elisa is a Jamaican-Italian yoga teacher and breathwork guide based in Brooklyn. Her classes integrate modern and traditional teachings, drawing from her studies in India, Portugal, as well as her regular NYC practice. She studied with Jivamukti Yoga NYC and had additional training from Kula Yoga, Laughing Lotus and Liberation Prison Yoga, shaping her alignment-focused, trauma-conscious approach. She has also studied other modalities, like mindfulness with David Nichtern at Tibet House, Breathwork in L.A. with David Elliott and Erin Telford. Through movement and breath, she guides students in calmly reconnecting with their bodies and cultivating self-empowerment.

Beyond wellness, Elisa is a 2x Emmy Award-winning art director with experience in London, Berlin and the Middle East, working in international news, digital media and non-profit.
